The booking rates mentioned are in Mexican pesos.

Extension of Stay available on a pro-rata basis, subject to room availability.

A maximum of one extra mattress would be permitted per room – subject to an additional charge.

Standard check-in time is 14:00hr and check-out at 12:00 hrs.

All arrival prior to 7:00 AM will be booked, held, and charged from the previous day. Late check-outs incur an additional charge at the Resort’s applicable Rate.

As per the directive given by the government and other administrative bodies, all the guests are required to produce proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identification documents include a Passport and current driver’s license; the document must include a photograph.
