When Maya Dream Vacation receives payment for a confirmed booking, the guests will receive a booking confirmation email. The booking confirmation email will confirm the final tour booking and contain other relevant booking information, including terms and conditions. It is important that the guests read carefully and understand the information and terms. We will be pleased to provide clarifications in case of any doubts or answers to any queries the guests might have in this regard.

A security deposit of 15% is required for booking or 1 month’s deposit in long-term rentals (6 months). Booking deposits are refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of booking. To confirm and accept a late booking made within 45 days of the start of the tour, Maya Dream Vacation requires immediate payment of a 15% security deposit.

Please note that the person booking must be at least 18 years of age to make a valid booking. The guest will receive a full refund if Maya Dream Vacation cannot honour a confirmed booking due to an emergency or unforeseen problem.
